Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: • Access and use our AI image generation service for personal, non-commercial purposes • Generate images using our platform within the usage limits of your subscription plan • Download and use generated images in accordance with our content policy This license does not include: • Reselling or commercial distribution of the service • Modifying or copying service materials without permission • Using the service for any illegal purpose • Transferring your account to another person

You agree not to use the service to: • Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate manner • Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals • Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our systems • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems • Use automated tools to access the service without permission • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

**Credits and Purchases** • Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used • Unused credits do not expire and remain in your account • Prices are subject to change with notice **Refund Policy** • Refund requests for unused credits may be considered within 7 days of purchase • Refunds are processed to the original payment method • We reserve the right to deny refunds for suspected abuse **Subscription Terms** • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • No partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • Results from the service will be accurate or reliable • The quality of the service will meet your expectations You understand and agree that: • AI-generated content may contain unexpected results • We are not responsible for how you use generated content • Technical issues may occasionally affect service availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLEASETAKEOFF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service • Any content generated through the service Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware 3.
